Ryan helped me to find balance in my eating schedule--I was taught not to skip meals by incorporating breakfast (a meal I very much avoided before) into my diet which resulted in me eliminating the occasional nighttime binge eating or multiple dinners because my body was no longer deprived of nutrients or calories during the day. Initially, in my inexperienced mind, I was afraid this would make me add weight but it actually did the opposite. His process eliminated any type of bloating I used to experience on a thin frame. He also taught me the inflammatory properties of seed oils, which are unfortunately in most foods we tend to consume. I noticed an immense difference in my gut biome from making a majority of the food I choose to consume to be anti-inflammatory. I recommend Ryan to anyone who struggles with disordered eating, doesn't know what to buy in the grocery store to benefit them and make the most of the money they are earning OR is not seeing results from their current exercise routine/or group studio they pay a monthly membership for.
